Famous pop singer, Lady Gaga opens on her Fibromyalgia.

Lady Gaga recently opened about her chronic pain, and revealed that she suffers from fibromyalgia. She shared some of her methods to ease her pain in a series of posts on Instagram.

Lady Gaga is often incredibly open with her fans, but one thing she certainly did not know about her is that she has chronic pain. More than two Instagram posts shared on Friday and Saturday, Gaga opened up about her experiences, sharing helpful tips with others who might be struggling.

“Having a frustrating day with chronic pain, but I feel so blessed to have such intelligent and intelligent doctors. I think of Joanne too and her strength and day get a little easier, “she wrote in the first post, referring to the late aunt who inspired the title of her latest album.

After receiving a respite from support, Gaga decided to share some more.

“I was so overwhelmed with empathy, confessions and personal stories of chronic pain in response to my previous post, I thought hell, Gaga wrote. “Maybe I should share some of my personal remedies I’ve acquired over the past five years. The body and condition of each are different. You should consult Dr. Dr., but what the hell are we going to do! ”
One of the things Gaga suggested was an infrared sauna. (The fact that it can come in a “low-coffin-like shape just happens to be incredibly in the mark.”)

“When my body goes into a spasm one thing I think really helps is infrared sauna,” Gaga said. “I invented it in one. They come in a large box shape, as well as a low casket-like shape and even some like electric blankets! You can also look around your community for an infrared sauna salon or homeopathic center that has one. ”

“I combine this treatment with emergency silver marley blankets (seen in the photo) that trap in the heat and are very cheap, reusable and effective for detoxification as well as weight loss,” he added. “To not overheat my system and cause more inflammation I follow this with a very cold bath, ice bath (if you can bear it, it’s worth it) or the most environmentally savvy way is to keep many cold packs reusable in the freezer (or peas Frozen ‘n’ carrots!) And pack them around the body in all areas of pain. I hope this helps some of you, it helps me continue to do my passion, work and the things I love even on days when I feel like I can not get out of bed. I love you and thank you for all your positive messages. “
